Exchange & Refund Policy
At H Warsi Bespoke, we take pride in delivering premium-quality, custom-tailored garments and ready-to-wear fashion collections. Due to the bespoke nature of some of our products, we have specific policies regarding exchanges and refunds.
1. Custom-Made Garments
- Custom-tailored garments are made according to your exact measurements and specifications.
- Exchanges and refunds are not available for custom-made garments unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- If a defect is found, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your garment with photos and a description.
- We will repair, replace, or provide a solution at our discretion to ensure your satisfaction.
2. Ready-to-Wear Products
- Ready-to-wear items may be exchanged or refunded if returned in unused, unworn, unwashed, and original condition, including all tags and packaging.
- Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.
3. Exchange Procedure
- Contact our support team at info@hwarsibespoke.com or call 0332-8057679 to initiate an exchange.
- Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to exchange.
- Ship the item securely to our address: Main Zamza Street, Zamzam Shopping Mall, Shop No. 60, Karachi.
- Once the item is received and inspected, your exchange will be processed, and the new item shipped.
4. Refunds
- Refunds for eligible ready-to-wear items will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part.
- Refund amounts will exclude any promotional discounts applied at the time of purchase.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards, bespoke/custom garments, and any item damaged due to misuse or improper care are non-returnable.
